Clockwork — Brock Chart

Clockwork was originally commissioned by Nicola Cantan from Vibrant Music Teaching as part of her Concept Collection series, for the issue called Mixolydian. This piece is centered around several dominant seventh voicings where the hands overlap each other. Similar to Steve Reich's Piano Phase, the piece isn't about a single melody in one hand, but how they mesh together over time with the different combinations of colors — like gears on a clock.
